For the baked potatoes with sour cream and salmon, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash the potatoes well and boil them in water until they are almost cooked through. Then cut in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out.
Put the inside of the potatoes in a bowl, mash them and mix them with sour cream, 3 tablespoons of the cheese and the chopped smoked salmon and chopped chives.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper and then stuff it back into the potato halves. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake the potatoes on a baking tray in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
