Remove the skin from the apricots and remove the seeds. Make the sugar in water for 20 min until a syrup is formed.
Put the apricots in a saucepan, add a little water and cook until soft, then crush.
Mix apricot puree, syrup and coconut milk and make about 2 to 3 min. Add cardamom powder, roast raisins and coconut flakes in butter for about 2 minutes, add to apricot mixture, stir and cool.
Bring to the table cooled or warm.
