Instructions:

For the apricot cake, put all the dough ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well with the whisk of a food processor for 1-2 minutes.

Then spread on a baking tray (30×40) lined with baking paper and cover with the halved and pitted apricots and bake the apricot cake for 25-30 minutes at 160 °C convection oven (preheated).
