Take out the vegetables, grind them and add them repeatedly to the clear soup. Cut the toast, potatoes and cabanossi into cubes and add to the soup.
Stir often, the toast will gradually break down. When the potatoes are cooked, season with spices from hot to spicy. Finally, fold in the sour cream or crème fraiche.
