For the stuffed egg bread, cut the bread lengthwise (do not cut through) and hollow it out and put it in a bowl.
Add the very finely chopped eggs and the finely chopped sausage. Season with salt and pepper. Add the peppers, not diced, and about half a cup of herb cheese (depending on taste, if you want it juicier, add the whole cup).
Spread the mixture in the bread and wrap with aluminum foil, so that the mixture holds, bake the stuffed egg bread for at least 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
