For the fried sardines, gut the sardines, rinse, drain on paper towels. Wash the lemons, cut one into slices, the other into wedges.
Peel the onions, also cut into wedges. Mix flour and a little salt. Roll the sardines in it. Heat oil in a large frying pan, fry lemon slices briefly in it, lift out and place on a plate.
Fry the sardines in batches in the hot oil, turning, for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve with lemon slices and raw onion slices.
Wash and dry dill, chop coarsely in a universal chopper. Sprinkle chopped dill over sardines, garnish with dill flowers. Serve lemon wedges separately with fried sardines.
