For the cauliflower-zucchini vegetables, cook the cauliflower in salted water. Shortly before cooking, add the zucchini cut into bite-sized pieces, cook and drain.
Mix the eggs with the whipped cream, cheese, salt, pepper and herbs, season to taste.
Pour the cauliflower and zucchini vegetables into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
