Instructions:

1. brown flaked almonds in a frying pan without fat. Pour onto a plate. Remove the peel from the orange and kiwi and cut them into slices.

2. melt the sugar in the frying pan and let it brown slightly. Add liqueur and approx.

2 tbsp water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Turn fruit slices in it to the other side, arrange on plates. Spread remaining sauce evenly on top and sprinkle almond kernels on top.
