For the Hot Hot Vegetable Curry, peel potato and vegetables and cut into 1-2 cm pieces.
Heat olive oil and lightly fry the chopped green onions (do not let them brown), add curry and hot spice flowers and fry very briefly.
Add the vegetables and pour in the vegetable soup. Simmer for 25 minutes at low heat.
Just before serving, add 1-2 apples cut into cubes and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
Then add the sour cream and serve the Hot Hot Vegetable Curry sprinkled with Sun Kiss spice flower mixture.
