For the vanilla and curd muesli with carrots, apple, pear and plums, mix the curd with the water in a bowl. Finely chop the carrot, half the apple and half the pear.

Quarter the plums lengthwise and cut into small pieces. Add to the curd water. Also stir in the seeds, oatmeal, almonds and the cinnamon.

Pour over the protein drink and stir well again. Place in the refrigerator overnight to swell.

In the morning, stir again and enjoy the vanilla and curd granola with carrots, apple, pear and plums!
