Instructions:

For the couscous loaves, finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in about 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Now add the couscous, mix well and simmer for 1 minute. Stir again and again.

Then remove from the heat and cover and allow to swell. When the mixture has cooled, add the eggs, herbs and cheese, season with salt and pepper and mix well.

With wet hands, form loaves and fry them in the pan heated with oil (or butter) until crispy on both sides.
