Cut the cooked, cold beef into narrow slices, top with onion rings. Mix the hot soup with vinegar, possibly add a little salt.

Season a little bit with salt and pour over the meat. Let it soak well.

Now add oil, pumpkin oil tastes exceptionally good, and a little bit of pepper.
