Instructions:

Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Salmon whipped cream sauce (tasty).

Make a bechamel sauce with the milk as well as the flour. Sauté the onions, add to the bechamel sauce form. Add the salmon, the garlic, the dill and the rest of the spices at the end and cook for a short time.

Mushroom stuffing (spicy)

Sauté the onions, add the mushrooms and the leek in the spicy sauce and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. At the end add the parsley.

Green cress cream (interesting)

Stir all together and spread on the pancakes when cooled (goes really fast).

Flambéed bananas (sweet)

Cut bananas in half, fry in a frying pan and drizzle with honey and (if you like) spread with soft, almost melted chocolate. Wrap each banana half in a pancake, drizzle with the rum and flambé in front of the guest. Note: The guest is flambéed only on special occasions.
