Instructions:

To glaze the carrots, cream butter in a pan, add a little sugar, ginger and salt and add the carrots. Then fill the dates with the glazed carrots, put the Vulcano slices on top and twist the dates with them. Fix with a toothpick if necessary and refrigerate. Meanwhile, mix the dough ingredients and let rest for 10 minutes. Pull the dates through the tempura dough and bake out in a peanut fat at 165 °C.
