For ostrich wok with pak choi and broccoli, first heat the peanut oil in a wok and fry the ostrich strips in stages, very hot and briefly. Remove the meat.

Stir-fry the remaining vegetables and the white of the spring onion in the drippings for 2-3 minutes. Season with chili, oyster sauce, lime juice, sea salt and ground pepper. Return meat to wok, toss and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
