For the okroshka, first peel and dice the potatoes and boil them in water until soft. Then strain and let cool. In the meantime, finely dice the radishes, cucumber and sausage (or ham).

Boil the eggs and then separate the cooked whites from the yolks. Put the yolk on a plate, sprinkle the vegetable soup powder over it, and mix it with a sip of mineral water until it becomes a thick mass.

Then cut the egg white again into fine cubes. Put the cooled potatoes with the radishes, cucumbers, sausage and egg whites into a larger bowl and stir in the buttermilk with the sour cream (yogurt).

Finally, mix in the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the dill on top.
