A great pasta dish for any occasion:
1. make the spaghetti al dente in enough salted water.
In the meantime, remove the peel from the garlic cloves and roughly crush them with a fork. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop finely without the stems. Preheat a serving bowl.
Heat the oil in a small frying pan, add the garlic and the pepper, or chili peppers if desired. Roast over medium heat until the garlic is golden brown. Then remove the garlic and pepper from the frying pan.
4. catch a few tablespoons of the pasta water, then drain the pasta and form while still wet in the preheated baking dish. Pour the hot oil over the pasta, adding maybe 2-3 tablespoons of the pasta water. Sprinkle with parsley, mix well and serve immediately. Serve the cheese separately.
