Beat the cutlets on both sides and season with enough pepper and just a little salt.
On the middle of the meat pieces now the parsley, finely chopped garlic, and a little bit of diced feta cheese form. Roll the cutlets into roulades and pin each with a wooden stick.
Now chop the onion and brown it in a frying pan with the olive oil.
Now add the rolled up roulades and brown over medium heat. Now pour the red wine and cook a little.
Add the pureed tomatoes and simmer at low temperature with the lid closed for about 20 minutes.
Serve with green leaf salad. A dry red wine completes the meal.
