For the egg liqueur, beat the egg yolks and vanilla sugar in a metal bowl over steam for about 6 minutes until foamy. Gradually stir in powdered sugar, condensed milk and rum.

Pour the liqueur into a container with a lid so that the foam collapses – then bottle.
