For the jam of three fruits, the apricots, peaches and plums must first be well washed and then pitted.
Then cut the fruit into small pieces and crush them with a hand blender so that a few pieces of fruit remain.
Now heat the fruit mass together with the jelling sugar and the lemon juice in a pot and boil for about 6 minutes.
Then fill the jam from three fruits into clean jars and seal immediately.
