Try this delicious cake recipe:
Put egg yolks, flour, sugar, juice of one lemon, cold butter cut into pieces, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a large enough bowl, make crumbles with your fingertips. Set aside to cool briefly.
Grease a cake springform pan (0 28 cm). Put half of the crumble in and press firmly until smooth.
Cream sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and egg yolks, fold in semolina, lemon zest and curd. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold into the curd mixture. Fill this amount over the crumble and smooth. Cover with the remaining crumble. Bake until golden brown.
Circuit: 170-190 degrees , 2nd slide bar v. U.
160-180 °C , convection oven approx. 60 min.
Toothpick in the middle to check if the cake is done. If necessary, bake for another 5-10 min with the oven turned off.
