For the organic salmon slices in vegetable packets, first rub salmon fillets with salt, lemon pepper and olive oil and place two thyme sprigs on each, finely noodle the peeled vegetables and mix.
Prepare four pieces of aluminum foil (30 x 20 cm), divide the vegetables among the foils, pour white wine over them, place marinated salmon slices on top, cover each with two lemon slices, close the aluminum foil and put it on the hot grill. Grill the organic salmon slices in the vegetable pack indirectly at 180 °C for approx. 15-20 minutes.
