For the potato casserole, boil and peel the potatoes (even the day before), sauté the onion and bell bell pepper in clarified butter.

Grease a baking dish with garlic. Slice the potatoes and layer alternately with onion and bell bell pepper.

Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Spread vegetable soup and cream over potatoes. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.

Mash the feta cheese with a fork, mix in thyme and oregano, sprinkle over the potatoes and top with butter flakes.

Bake the potato casserole for another 10 minutes.
