Toffifee Brownies

For the Toffifee Brownies, chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt together with the butter. Mix the flour with the cocoa powder and the baking powder.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy, stir half of the liquid chocolate-butter mixture into the eggs, then mix in half of the flour. Repeat until both are stirred into the mixture.

Line the baking pan with baking paper, spread the mixture in it and spread the Toffifee on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.

The Toffifee Brownies should still be soft in the middle. Portion into small pieces and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
