For the puszta vegetables, peel and finely chop the onion. Remove the stalk from the white cabbage and slice finely. Cut the peppers into rings and the mushrooms into slices.

Chop the parsley. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion. Add the white cabbage and fry.

Add paprika, mushrooms and parsley. Season the puszta vegetables with salt and pepper and steam covered until soft.
