For scalloped turkey cutlets, sear the cutlets on both sides in a pan with hot oil.
Remove the turkey cutlets and place in an ovenproof dish. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano and bake in the preheated oven.
Remove the baked turkey cutlets from the oven after 10 minutes and serve garnished with fresh basil leaves.
