For the chicken breasts in cheese sauce, first cut the blue cheese and butter cheese into slices about 3-4 mm thick. Cut the chicken breasts in the middle if necessary, if they should be too thick (not thicker than max. 2 cm), then salt and pepper them. Fry briefly on both sides and place in an ovenproof dish.
Pour whipping cream over the roast residue and bring to the boil briefly. Meanwhile, top the meat with both types of cheese, then pour the roast-upper sauce over it.
Cook the chicken breasts in cheese sauce in the preheated oven at 220 °C hot air for about 25 minutes. Serve with pasta and green salad.
