Instructions:

Melt the butter in a large saucepan, sauté the yellow beets and onions in it and dust with flour. Pour beef broth and milk, season and make about 40 min at lowest (!) heat. Next, pass the soup through a sieve, add spicy seasoning and bring to the table on the spot.
