For the wine-curd cream, mix the curd cheese with lemon juice, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Dissolve the gelatine and fold into the curd mixture together with the whipped cream and white wine.

Pour the cream into ramekins and place in the freezer for about 2 hours.

Turn the finished wine and curd cream out onto plates and serve with a fruit sauce.
