Instructions:

Crumble the curd between your hands. Mix with flour, wheat semolina, corn semolina, breadcrumbs and salt. Heat the butter, sauté the parsley and chervil briefly and pour over the curd mixture. Add the yolks, sour cream and grated lemon zest and knead the mixture well. Then let rest for 30 minutes. Form doughnuts (oval dumplings of approx. 80 g) from the mass and let them simmer in hot salted water for approx. 12 minutes. Melt the butter, mix with the toasted breadcrumbs and drizzle over the drained, arranged curd doughnuts.
