Defrost raspberries, stir through with juice of one lemon and half of the powdered sugar, then crush, spread through a sieve. Stir flour with sugar, milk, salt (1) and egg yolks. Whip egg whites to egg whites and gently mix through.

Put the fat in a wide, shallow frying pan and melt, then pour in the batter and bake until golden on both sides. Break into small pieces with two forks. Continue to brown on top, then sprinkle sugar (2) on top and caramelize it.

Divide Kaiserschmarren evenly on plates. Spread the sauce in thin layers and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
