For the wild garlic soup, peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cut the onion and leek and add to the potatoes. Put all the ingredients in an unperforated bowl, pour vegetable soup and steam at 100°C for 12-15 minutes. Put the wild garlic (save some leaves for decoration) in a perforated cooking bowl and blanch for 1 – 2 minutes at 100°C and mix with the soup two minutes before the end of the cooking time, as well as the milk. At the end of the cooking time, season the soup with salt, pepper and nutmeg, refine with crème fraiche and puree finely in a blender. Garnish the wild garlic soup with finely chopped wild garlic.
