For the wild garlic cevapcici, rinse the wild garlic leaves with cold water, shake dry and chop very finely. Finely chop the onion.
In a large bowl, mix the mince, wild garlic, onion and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients (except for the oil). Form cevapcici from the mixture with wet hands.
Heat oil or clarified butter in a large frying pan and fry the wild garlic cevapcici in it.
