Instructions:

Stir egg yolks, flour, milk, whip egg whites with powdered sugar until stiff, fold into egg mixture. Chop walnuts and add. Bake the pancakes in oil until done.

Stir the curd until smooth. Mix powdered sugar with a little bit of cinnamon. Arrange the pancakes with the curd cheese and garnish with walnut halves. Add cinnamon on top. Serve with apple puree.
