Mix flour, salt and strained potatoes. Add egg and butter and knead the dough while still hot. Then let it rest.
Separate small pieces from the dough and form into slightly thicker noodles (about 3-4 cm long).
Boil the noodles in salted water, remove from the pot and toss in butter. Finally, sprinkle with poppy seeds and drizzle with honey.
Serve the finished poppy seed noodles hot.
