Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and let stand briefly so that everything can combine. Then bake pancakes.

Wash, peel and grate the carrots and celery. Wash and finely chop the onion and finely chop or press the garlic.

Heat clarified butter and fry the onion and the grated vegetables. Season, add a little water and let it steam briefly.
