For the pancake batter:






Instructions:

Prepare the pancakes as usual. Sauté the spinach on a little oil, add the garlic cloves and finally add the curd. Stir everything until you get a smooth mass.

Add salt to taste. Spread a tablespoon of the filling on the pancake. Roll up. Continue this with all the pancakes.

Take a round and deep baking tray, brush with olive oil and put the pancakes in a circle. You will need about 20 pancakes for the filling.

For the sauce, whisk the egg, mix it with Rama Cremefine and pour it over the pancakes. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 200 °C.
