Rinse and clean the carrots and cut into small cubes. Cut the cauliflower into small roses. Mix the carrots, cauliflower and the defrosted peas with the diced ham and fill into a greased glass or porcelain gugelhupf or pudding mold. Mix the whipped cream with the wine and eggs. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Pour the egg yolks over the vegetables and mix thoroughly with a fork. Cover and place in microwave for 15 min (600 watts). Rest in the dish for at least 5 min, then turn out onto a plate and bring to the table either as a side dish or with a cheese or tomato sauce as a small main course.
Total cooking time: 15 min.
Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will add a wonderful touch to your dish!
