For the vegetable chips from the oven, first wash the vegetables and peel if necessary. Cut into thin slices with a peeler or vegetable slicer. Salt and let stand for 5-10 minutes to remove the water.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line several baking sheets with baking paper.
Rinse the vegetable slices with cold water so that they are not too salty later. Dry them well. Layer side by side on the baking sheets.
Place in oven for 5-10 minutes (varies depending on oven). Leave the oven door open a crack (wedge in cooking spoon). Keep a constant eye on the vegetable chips, as it can go from crispy to dark very quickly. Remove and salt immediately.
