Peel and coarsely grate carrots, yellow beets, wash, clean and coarsely grate zucchini.
Mix eggs, flour, baking powder and curd cheese well, fold in grated vegetables and cheese, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour this mixture into a coated baking dish and spread evenly.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C and bake the casserole for about 45 minutes.
