Instructions:

First crumble yeast into the flour, add salt, sugar, lard and milk and knead into a dough. Cover and let it rise for an hour.

Then beat it and let it rise for another half hour.

Form a loaf, brush with beaten egg and bake at 170 °C for about 35-40 minutes.
