Instructions:

For the Snow White cake, prepare a sponge mixture from the dough ingredients. Spread half of it evenly on a greased cake springform pan, mix the other half with 2 tablespoons of cocoa or nut-nougat cream and spread evenly in the cake springform pan as well.

Spread one jar of pitted sour cherries evenly on top and bake at 175 °C for between 30-45 minutes.

Mix the curd and vanilla sugar and fold into the stiffly whipped cream. Spread the mixture on the cooled cake. Prepare the cake glaze with 250 ml of juice and spread evenly on the cake.
