First, bake a sponge roulade or buy a ready-made roulade. Cut the sponge roulade into slices about 3 cm thick and place on a plate.
For the snail’s head, cut off about a third of the chocolate sticks with a knife and stick them into the Swedish bombs as antennae, glue on the sugar eyes with sugar writing or jam. Paint the mouth with sugar writing or glue it on the snail head.
Place the finished heads in front of the sponge cake roulade and decorate with sprinkles and chocolate lentils.
