Grease a large loaf pan well and line with parchment paper. Mix the curd, butter or light butter and sugar to a cream. Add the mashed bananas and the beaten eggs. Now mix in the flour as well as the baking powder with enough milk to make a soft dough. Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake on the middle shelf in the oven preheated to 180 degrees (gas level 2) for one hour, until the bread is nicely risen and firm.
