For the Almond Cinnamon Crispies, first sprinkle a few drops of water on the baking sheet. Place the baking paper on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C hot air.
For the dough, put all the ingredients in order in a bowl and mix with a fork. The dough will not set until it is baked!
Use a small spoon to place small heaps on the baking tray.
Bake for about 10 minutes. Almond Cinnamon Crispies are done baking when they begin to color around the edges and on the underside. (Cookies will not harden until cool.) After baking, remove from baking sheet with baking paper. Let cool and decorate if desired.
