For beef cutlets with mushrooms in coconut-ginger sauce, first fry the beef cutlets in the oil. Drain the mushrooms and add them, then add the coconut milk and let everything bubble up.

Season with salt (possibly also herb salt, but be careful so that everything fits together), the grated ginger and the gyros spice. The predominant flavor should definitely be coconut.
