Mix eggs and cream well, season. Remove peel from potatoes and grate with cheese on a rösti grater.
Cut bacon into strips and fry in hot oil until crispy.
Mix all ingredients well, season and place in a greased gratin dish. Put the Rösti in the 250 °C hot stove and gratinate for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
