For the quick bread, grind the spices in a mortar. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon (preferably with a hole). The dough will be relatively soft.
Brush a loaf pan or other suitable baking dish with oil and dust with flour. Pour the dough into the mold and let it rise in a warm place for about half an hour.
Then carefully place the pan in the cold oven and bake at top/bottom heat 190 degrees for 35 minutes. Then remove the bread from the pan and bake for another 10 minutes. The quick bread is ready when it sounds hollow when tapped.
