Quick Chocolate Cake

For the quick chocolate cake, beat sugar with yolks until fluffy. Add oil, mix flour with cocoa powder and baking powder and add to yolk mixture alternately with milk.

Fold in beaten egg white. Spread the batter into a coated loaf pan and bake the quick chocolate cake at 180° in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
