For the rye bread, mix all ingredients well to form a smooth yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.

Knead the dough again by hand, shape into a loaf or fill into a loaf pan. Bake the rye bread in the oven at 200 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 40 -50 minutes.
